We recommend using 6.0 or higher versions of Microsoft Internet
Explorer or Mozilla Firefox 1.0.7 or higher. Earlier versions of
these browsers will allow you to view most of this site; however,
we strongly recommend updating to the latest version of your browser.
If you don't have the latest browsers and want them, please go
to either the Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer
sites to download the application.
We also recommend that you have JavaScript enabled. JavaScript
is enabled by default; however, if you experience difficulty viewing
the site, check to confirm that JavaScript is enabled.
To enable JavaScript in Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to the
Tools menu and select Internet Options. From the Internet Options
window, select Security. Then Select the Internet option. Next select
the Custom Level button near the bottom of the window. Within the
Security Settings window, scroll down to the Scripting option. Select
the Enable Option beneath the Active Scripting heading. Select the
OK button.
To enable JavaScript in Mozilla Firefox, go to the Tools menu and
select Options. From the Options window, select Web Features, and
check the box next to Enable JavaScript.
